Nights, weekends, holidays, the phone gets answered. Heating and cooling emergencies, anywhere in Cape May County.

HVAC failures do not check the calendar. The AC dies the Friday your family arrives; the heat quits the coldest night of January. Comfort Pro runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so help gets scheduled when it happens, not "first thing Monday."
Do not wait for business hours to start. Call (609) 913-2915 and we will get you on the schedule.
One Google reviewer describes a Friday call that put Nelson, the owner, at her condo the same afternoon.
Dead AC in a heat wave or dead furnace in a freeze, both are emergencies, and we run both.

From Our Google Reviews
The electric stopped on my AC unit Friday at 11:30. I called Comfort Pro! They sent out a repair tech service window that day 4-6pm. Nelson the owner was the tech, he was at my condo at 3:05!! Amazing and grateful when you do not have air conditioning! Here I was cleaning and hit the emergency gas on/switch to off!! Nelson checked the unit realized what I had done! He showed me that I had turned off the switch! He told me he was the owner of the company and would Not charge me for the service call! We were interested in getting a service contract for our heating/cooling unit! They had one to offer me at a discounted price! It’s comforting to know that we now have a reliable HAVAC Company!!

No cooling during a heat advisory. No heat when it is below freezing. A burning smell, a gas odor, water pouring from an air handler. If it threatens your family, your home, or your tenants, call us. We would rather tell you it can safely wait than have you wait on something that could not.
Half the properties in this county sit empty for chunks of the year. An HVAC failure in an empty house is worse than an inconvenience. A dead heater ahead of a freeze can turn into burst pipes and a five-figure mess. Rental and second-home owners keep Comfort Pro on speed dial precisely because the phone is answered at any hour.
What It Costs
An emergency call is priced the same way any other call is priced: on the part that failed and the work it takes to put it right. The hour does not change the process. You get the number before anyone starts, and you approve it first.
Estimates on installations and replacements are free, with no obligation. If a repair is not worth doing on a system that is near the end of its life, we will say that too, rather than sell you the repair and the replacement six months apart.
Near You
Comfort Pro runs 24/7 Emergency Service out of two Cape May County locations, 4403 Park Blvd in Wildwood and 186 Landing Rd in Cape May Court House, which is why a call from anywhere on the peninsula is a local call rather than a trip down the Parkway. Pick your town for the local page:
